Browsing Products
There are 3 main ways to browse products on the emale.com.au website.
1. By Category
In the left menu of this website you will find 4 main categories which products are put into. These are Face, Body, Hair and Shave. Clicking on one of these main categories will expand the menu, showing you each of the sub-categories underneath the main categories. Clicking on a sub-category will load up a page showing all of the products within it. Alternatively, there is a link titled ALL PRODUCTS under each main category. This will load a page showing all products under Face, Body, Hair or Shave.
Once you have expanded/contracted a main category in the menu, the emale.com.au website will remember, and keep the same categories expanded/contracted throughout your visit.
2. By Brand
At the top of the menu on the left you will find a drop-down box listing all of the brands which emale.com.au sells. Once selecting a brand, clicking 'GO" will load a page displaying all products of that brand.
3. By Search
If you have a good idea of what you are looking for already, you can use the search box located in the upper right corner of this website. Clicking 'GO' will load a page showing all results matching your query. This is only recommended for customers who know exactly what they're looking for.
The 3 methods above, all take you to a results list with small pictures and little information about each product. Once on this page, you can click on any of the products to display more information about that product. You must also go to this page to add the product to your shopping cart.
The Shopping Cart
You can view the items currently in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the 'View Shopping Cart' button located in the upper-right area of this website. If there are items in your cart, a list will be displayed showing each item, its cost and the quantity you want.
To remove an item from your cart entirely, click the green 'Remove' link in the row corresponding to the item you want to remove.
To change the quantity you would like to buy, edit the number in the box in the column titled 'Quantity', in the row corresponding to the item which you would like to change the quantity of. You MUST then click 'Recalculate', which is at the bottom of the Quantity column. Failing to click recalculate will mean that the quantity will not be changed.
Displayed underneath the list of items in your cart is the preferred postage method. By default this is 'Regular Postage'. To change the preferred method select the method you would like from the drop-down box and then click 'Change'.
Checking Out and Finalising Your Order
Once you are satisfied with everything in your shopping cart, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' link located just below the cart. If you are a registered member of emale.com.au and you are logged in, the majority of the fields on the checkout page should be automatically filled in for you. If you are a member but aren't logged in, you can login using the boxes in the bar at the top of the page and the page will reload with the fields filled in.
All fields marked with a * are required fields. If they aren't filled in then an error will appear on the following page. Make sure your email address is correct because this will be our main contact point with you once your order has been made.
Once you have filled in everything correctly, click 'Continue'. Your information and credit card details will be validated, and if everything is fine, a summary of your order and details will be displayed. At this point all you need to do is check to see that all of the details are correct, and if they are, you can complete your order by clicking the 'Finalise Order' link.
